4. Book Scanning and OCR
The Service allows users to scan book covers using the device camera.
Captured images may be processed using optical character recognition (OCR) technology to extract information such as:
• Book titles
• ISBN numbers
• Author names
This processing may involve third-party services such as Google Cloud Vision API.
OCR technology may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete results, and users should verify important information independently.
5. AI-Generated or Automated Information
Some features of the Service may rely on automated systems or artificial intelligence technologies to analyze book data, generate recommendations, or organize information.
AI-generated or automatically processed information:
• may contain inaccuracies
• may not always reflect the most current data
• should be considered informational only
Users should independently verify critical information before relying on it.
The Service may provide estimated reading-related information such as recommended age ranges, grade levels, or Lexile® levels based on automated analysis.
These values are AI-generated estimates and are not official Lexile® measures.

6. Book Data and Third-Party Sources
Book information within the Service may be obtained from third-party data providers such as:
• ISBNdb
This information may include:
• book titles
• author names
• descriptions
• cover images
• publication details
Because this data comes from external sources, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers, including:
• Google Firebase
• Google Cloud services
• ISBNdb API
These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for their services or practices.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• violate laws or regulations
• interfere with the Service
• attempt unauthorized access
• use automated tools or bots to access the Service
• distribute malicious software
Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated.

You grant Coora Labs Inc. a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate the Service.

11. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account through the App Settings.
When an account is deleted:

• library data is deleted
• reading activity is erased
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:
• the Service will always be available
• the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• book information or recommendations will be accurate
• AI-generated or automated results will be complete or correct
Information presented through the Service should be considered informational only.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coora Labs Inc. shall not be liable for:
• indirect or incidental damages
• loss of data
• service interruptions
• errors in third-party data
• inaccuracies resulting from automated or AI-generated information

Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
